Return and Refund Policy for Normal Items:

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your normal item(s), we offer a hassle-free return policy. You may return your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.

To initiate a return, please contact us (hello@ebrugurlek.com) and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for you to send the item(s) back to us. Please ensure that the item(s) are in their original condition, with all tags attached, and are not damaged, worn, or altered.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return policy guidelines. If approved, we will issue a refund within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We take pride in creating unique and customized items for our customers. Each item is carefully crafted to your specifications and requirements. Due to the personalized nature of our custom made items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on these items. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer the following options:

Design Approval: Before we begin production, we will provide you with a design approval process to ensure that the final product meets your expectations. You will have the opportunity to make changes and adjustments to the design before production begins.
Quality Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a quality guarantee on all custom made items. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Communication: We believe that communication is key to a successful custom order. Our team will work closely with you throughout the entire process to ensure that your expectations are met and that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
