A softer expression of the Mosaic Granny Coat, constructed through repetition, texture and restrained colour.

Individual granny squares are hand-crocheted in muted shades of blush, cream, ochre and earthy neutrals, then assembled against a deep black ground. The darker framework contains the colour, allowing each motif to emerge quietly while giving the coat its strong graphic structure.

Every square is made separately before being joined by hand. Variations in colour, pattern and placement create a composition that feels collected rather than repeated—individual fragments brought together to form a single continuous surface.

The sleeves are entirely hand-knitted in black, shifting from the modular rhythm of the crochet body into a softer, uninterrupted texture. A fine gold-toned lurex ribbing traces the open front and edges, introducing a subtle line of light against the darkness of the coat.

Generous in proportion and fluid in movement, the maxi silhouette allows the traditional granny-square language to take on an entirely different scale. What begins as a familiar crochet motif becomes an enveloping, contemporary garment.
