At EBRU GURLEK, we approach returns and refunds with the same care and clarity that guide our selection of garments. The conditions below are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and respect for both the client and the value of each piece.
This Refund Policy applies to online purchases made through our website and to in-store purchases, with specific conditions depending on the purchase channel, as outlined below.
1. Online Purchases – Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
For online purchases delivered within the European Union, customers have the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer law.

During this period, the customer may return the product without providing a reason.

Be in their original condition, with all labels and packaging intact
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
For eligible withdrawals:

Original shipping costs are not refundable, unless required by law
2. Sale Items & Promotional Periods
During seasonal sales or promotional pricing moments:

3. In-Store Purchases
For purchases made in our physical boutique:

As a courtesy, EBRU GURLEK may offer a store credit or exchange, at its discretion

4. Store Credit

Store credit policies do not override statutory consumer rights applicable to online purchases within the EU.
5. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
All products sold by EBRU GURLEK are covered by the statutory legal warranty in accordance with Spanish and EU law.

6. International Orders (Outside the European Union)
