1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions:

2. Order Processing Time

Standard processing time: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Peak periods: During seasonal moments or sales periods, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.
Processing times do not include shipping transit time.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, size, and applicable handling costs.

International Shipping

Standard international delivery:
Shipping costs vary by destination and typically start from approximately €30, depending on the country and carrier availability. -
Handling & management fee:
A €10 handling fee is applied to international shipments to cover third-party logistics and management services (e.g., Packlink). This fee is included in the total shipping cost displayed at checkout. -
Estimated delivery time:
5–10 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
Expedited shipping options may be available for certain destinations and will be shown at checkout where applicable.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs procedures, courier operations, public holidays, or force majeure events.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking link.
If tracking information is not received within 3 business days after dispatch confirmation, please contact us at hello@ebrugurlek.com.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
EBRU GURLEK cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
7. Delivery Responsibility & Risk Transfer
Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the selected carrier, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Carrier delivery confirmation shall be considered valid proof of delivery.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographs of the packaging and affected items.
Lost Shipments

9. Customs, Duties & International Orders
For orders shipped outside the European Union:

10. Local Pickup
Customers located in or near Vilafranca del Penedès may select Local Pickup at checkout.

Orders not collected within 7 calendar days may be cancelled or returned to stock, unless otherwise agreed
