At EBRU GURLEK, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent shipping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines the conditions related to order processing, delivery, and logistics for both domestic and international purchases.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Spain (Domestic): All regions and islands

  • International: Selected countries within the European Union and internationally

2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard processing time: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Peak periods: During seasonal moments or sales periods, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

Processing times do not include shipping transit time.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, size, and applicable handling costs.

Spain (Domestic)

  • Standard delivery: €8.80

  • Free shipping: For orders over €250

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard international delivery:
    Shipping costs vary by destination and typically start from approximately €30, depending on the country and carrier availability.

  • Handling & management fee:
    A €10 handling fee is applied to international shipments to cover third-party logistics and management services (e.g., Packlink). This fee is included in the total shipping cost displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time:
    5–10 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

Expedited shipping options may be available for certain destinations and will be shown at checkout where applicable.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs procedures, courier operations, public holidays, or force majeure events.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking link.

If tracking information is not received within 3 business days after dispatch confirmation, please contact us at hello@ebrugurlek.com.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

EBRU GURLEK cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

7. Delivery Responsibility & Risk Transfer

Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the selected carrier, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Carrier delivery confirmation shall be considered valid proof of delivery.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographs of the packaging and affected items.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at hello@ebrugurlek.comor +34 600 78 88 98 so we may assist in initiating an investigation.

9. Customs, Duties & International Orders

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees may apply

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient

Shipping costs, handling fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable

  • EBRU GURLEK is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures

Customers are encouraged to review local import regulations before placing an order.

10. Local Pickup

Customers located in or near Vilafranca del Penedès may select Local Pickup at checkout.

  • Orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days

  • Customers will be notified by email when the order is ready for collection

  • Orders not collected within 7 calendar days may be cancelled or returned to stock, unless otherwise agreed
