Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At EBRU GURLEK, certain products or services may be offered through specific purchase options, such as pre-orders, made-to-order pieces, deposits, payment plans, or other commitment-based formats. This policy outlines the conditions under which such purchases may be cancelled.

This policy applies in addition to, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. General Principle

Purchase options are designed to support thoughtful production, limited availability, and, where applicable, handcrafted processes. For this reason, cancellation conditions vary depending on the type of purchase option selected.

2. Pre-Orders

For products offered as pre-orders:

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that processing or production has not yet begun.

  • After this period, or once processing has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

If a pre-order is cancelled within the allowed timeframe, a refund will be issued in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Refund Policy.

3. Made-to-Order & Handcrafted Pieces

For made-to-order, customized, or handcrafted items:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production or customization has begun.

  • These items are created specifically for the client and are therefore excluded from cancellation and return rights, except in the case of defect or non-conformity.

This does not affect statutory consumer rights where applicable.

4. Deposits

Where a deposit is required to secure a product or service:

  • Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

  • The deposit will be deducted from the final purchase price upon completion.

If the client chooses not to proceed after production has begun, the deposit will be retained to cover materials, preparation, and time invested.

5. Payment Plans (If Applicable)

For purchases made using payment plans:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the first installment is processed.

  • Once the payment plan has commenced, cancellation is no longer possible, and all remaining installments remain payable.

Specific payment plan conditions will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

6. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, clients must contact us in writing at:

Requests must include:

  • Order number

  • Full name used for the purchase

  • Type of purchase option selected

Cancellation requests are only valid once confirmed in writing by EBRU GURLEK.

7. Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable Spanish or European Union law, particularly in relation to defective or non-conforming products.

8. Modifications

EBRU GURLEK reserves the right to update this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
