These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of products from EBRU GURLEK, whether made online through our website or in-store at our physical locations. By placing an order or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

EBRU GURLEK operates as an independent boutique and styling house, offering a curated selection of garments and accessories chosen for their quality, craftsmanship, and lasting relevance.

2. Scope of Application: Online & In-Store Purchases

These Terms apply to:

  • Online purchases made via our website

  • In-store purchases completed at our physical boutique

Certain rights and conditions differ depending on the purchase channel, in accordance with applicable consumer law. These distinctions are clearly outlined below.

3. Products & Selection Philosophy

Our collections are curated with a focus on timeless design, quality materials, and thoughtful consumption. We do not operate under fast-fashion or trend-driven cycles.

Product images and descriptions are intended to represent items as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to artisanal processes or screen display differences.

4. Prices, Taxes & Payments

All prices displayed:

  • Include applicable taxes (VAT) where required by law

  • Are shown in the currency indicated on the website or at point of sale

Additional costs (such as shipping, customs duties, or import taxes) are clearly communicated before order confirmation for online purchases.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; however, confirmed orders will always be charged at the price agreed upon at checkout or purchase.

Accepted payment methods are those displayed on the website or offered in-store at the time of purchase.

5. Seasonal Moments, Sales & Promotions

EBRU GURLEK approaches sales with consistency and respect for the value of each piece.

  • Seasonal price adjustments, when applied, consist of a single, considered reduction

  • Prices remain consistent throughout the promotional period

  • We do not engage in multiple markdowns or mass promotional calendars

Members of The Club may receive advance access or discreet additional privileges as part of our loyalty program.

Discounts or promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6. Online Purchases – Right of Withdrawal (EU)

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers purchasing online have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify EBRU GURLEK in writing (email or contact form) within the withdrawal period.

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

7. In-Store Purchases

For in-store purchases, returns or refunds are not mandatory by law unless the item is defective or non-conforming.

As a courtesy, EBRU GURLEK may offer:

  • Store credit

  • Exchange

at its discretion, subject to item condition and timeframe communicated in-store.

8. Sale Items & Final Purchases

During sale or promotional periods:

  • Purchases are considered final sale

  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted

  • This does not affect the customer’s legal rights in case of defective or non-conforming products

These conditions are clearly communicated at the time of purchase, both online and in-store.

9. Legal Warranty & Defective Products

All products are covered by the statutory legal warranty under Spanish and EU law.

  • Warranty period: 2 years from date of delivery

  • Applies to manufacturing defects or lack of conformity

In case of a defective product, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, in accordance with applicable law.

10. International Orders & Customs

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • Prices may exclude local taxes, customs duties, or import fees

  • Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient

  • EBRU GURLEK is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures

Customers are encouraged to check local import regulations before placing an order.

11. Order Refusal & Availability

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

  • Product unavailability

  • Payment issues

  • Suspected fraud

  • Pricing or system errors

If an order is cancelled, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of EBRU GURLEK and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

13. Liability

EBRU GURLEK shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain, together with applicable European Union consumer protection regulations.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Spain. Consumers may also access alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in accordance with EU regulations.
